Registration Process

For Sponsored Players:
1) Click on "Register Here" in the bottom right corner of the webpage. Then click on and read the Participation Agreement, complete all information requested, type in your "Electronic Signature" and the date in the signature box, and hit "Submit".
2) Have your sponsor (or one representative of your sponsor if you have multiple sponsors) read the Sponsorship Agreement, complete all information requested, type in the sponsor's "Electronic Signature" and the date in the signature box, and hit "Submit".
3) Have your sponsor send the entry fee deposit to the escrow account at the Bank of North Georgia as detailed in the Sponsorship Agreement.

For Non-Sponsored Players:
1) Click on "Register Here" in the bottom right corner of the webpage. Then click on and read the Participation Agreement, complete all information requested, type in your "Electronic Signature" and the date in the signature box, and hit "Submit".
2) Send the entry fee deposit to the escrow account at the Bank of North Georgia as detailed in the Participation Agreement.

For Sponsors That Have Yet to Identify a Player:
1) Click on “Register Here” in the bottom right corner of the webpage. Then click on and read the Sponsorship Agreement, complete all information requested, typing YOUR name in the spaces for Player Name (you may update us with the actual Participant's name at a later time), type in your "Electronic Signature" and the date in the signature box, and hit "Submit".
2) Send the entry fee deposit to the escrow account at the Bank of North Georgia as detailed in the Sponsorship Agreement.
3) When your player has been chosen, have your player submit a Participation Agreement designating you as his or her sponsor.
